Cory was very professional. He was courteous, friendly and answered my questions. My original appointment had to be cancelled within a few hours of my appointment time which did cause me some inconvenience. I did understand the reason. The cost of the maintenance even with the $20 discount was more than I paid someone else to do the job last year.

There Comfort Advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came to look at our old furnace and in walking me through our options to either repair or replace our furnace.
